TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

PRODUCT INFORMATION: BRICKTOWN SILICON WATER BASED PAINT is a new pain technology for exterior, interior and for repainting of old aluminum composite cladding. It is a hydrophobing waterborne technology in which it acts like what we call a “lotus effect” or “taro leaves” or “gabi” leaves effect, when water touches the paint film it just slide down or create a bubble shape drop.

Coverage: 25 sqm per gal.
Packing: 4liter gal and 16-liter pail
Paint type: matte finish

3. BRICKTOWN FIBERCLOTH MEMBRANE PAINT SYSTEM

PRODUCT NAME: BRICKTOWN: FIBERCLOTH MEMBRANE PAINT SYSTEM

WARRANTY: 10 YEARS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

An exterior membrane paint system wherein plurality of layers of crosslink binders are being simultaneously applied to ensure that cracks would not be evident and occur, thus making waterproofing more effective thus prevents water penetration inside and outside the wall. The resultant paint layer could bridge hairline cracks in vertical masonry surfaces, extremely durable, mildew and dirt resistance waterproof and prevents fast deterioration of paint color.

PRODUCT DATA SHEET AND PROCEDURE:

Product Description:

1. CONCRETE CROSSLINK BINDER:

is a hybrid high solid waterborne coat made of imported quality tested raw materials such as styrene modified acrylic emulsion and cross-linked acrylic emulsion for excellent adhesion and elasticity with superior bonding strength to fill and seal up spaces. With a rubbery liquid texture that dries hard but remains flexible. When applied, it becomes a waterproofing barrier it is barely visible or invisible on most materials and may use for exterior and interior application. It can be applied before or after stucco application.

2. BRICKTOWN FIBER CLOTH

MEMBRANE Is a reinforcing fabric for waterproof coating. Once installed it enhance the mechanical resistance of the membrane and the uniformity of dried coating.

Features & Benefits:

1. No visible cracks or hairline cracks on the surface
2. waterproof
3. no water penetration inside and outside, peeling off and water balloon on paint.
4. longer color retention because of stain technology of membrane and more aesthetic appeal.
5. Can prevent UV rays that weakens paint durability in a long period of time. 6. Exterior walls are 30-40 % cooler with (EWMPS) compared to ordinary painted walls (Green building technology)

3. HIGH RESISTANCE CONCRETE BINDER 102 – pre-mix (off white or approve color)

Is the new generation cross linking binder with proven performance designed in different types of applications both for cementitious and non- cementitious types. It is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

4. BRICKTOWN ELASTOMERIC SEMI-GLOSS COATING. (approve color)

Is a premium exterior, flexible high-build water base coating that adhere to all kinds of weather, bridging hairline cracks in vertical masonry surfaces, it has extremely durable, mildew and dirt resistance waterproof.

FLEXCOAT 113

EXTERIOR TIGHT PROOF FLEXIBLE CEMENTITIOUS COATING

FLEXCOAT 113 is a two component flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane. It consists of selected cement blend with well-graded fillers and synthetic resin. It could be applied unto damp substrates by brush, roller or spray. Flexcoat is capable of bridging hairline cracks.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The substrates must be clean and sound, free of dust and loose particles. Cement laitance, oil, grease, moulds release agents must be removed from concrete surfaces by wire brushing, wire scrabbling or by other means. Dampen the substrates prior to application. It is recommended that a cement and sand fillet be formed at all corners to receive the waterproofing membrane. Prior to the application of the waterproofing membrane, dampen the substrate with water while ensuring that no free water is present on the surface.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Pour Part A (liquid) into a clean container. Slowly add Part B (powder) into the container and mix with a slow speed mechanical mixer until homogenous and lump free. Allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes and re-stir manually before use.

CUSTOMER BENEFITS

 • Flexible, durable and weather resistant
• Excellent adhesion to most substrates
• Excellent waterproofing abilities – able to withstand high hydrostatic pressure.
• Breathable membrane – permeable to water vapor and yet impermeable to water
• Bridge hairline cracks
• Non-toxic – suitable for use in waterproofing of potable water tanks
• Pre-packed - easy to mix and apply
• Can be applied onto damp surface
• Able to withstand light foot trafficking
• Algae and fungus resistant

FLEXCOAT 113

EXTERIOR TIGHT PROOF FLEXIBLE CEMENTITIOUS COATING

APPLICATION

For best results, damp the surface before coating with Flexcoat 113 For horizontal and vertical surfaces, a roller, brush or spray gun, may be used to apply the slurry. Care must be taken to ensure that air is not entrapped in the membrane. Apply the first coat and work generously to fill all the pores and honeycombs. Allow the membrane to dry approximately 2 to 3 hours prior to application of the second coat. The second coat must be applied crosswise. After applying the second coat of waterproofing membrane, allow a minimum curing time interval of 15 – 72 hours before laying the screed and commencing ponding test. Should ponding test exceed 4 hours, a minimum curing time interval of 72 hours is recommended.

PACKAGING

Flexcoat 113 is available in 35-40 kgs. pack

STORAGE

The shelf life of Flexcoat 113 is 12 months when stored unopened in a cool dry place.

COVERAGE

The coverage rate of Flexcoat 113 is:
1.75 kg/m2 for 2 coats application to obtain 1mm thickness
2.0 to 2.25 kg/m for 2 coats application to obtain approximately 1.5mm thickness depending on site conditions.
3.0 to 4.0 kg./m2 for 2 coats application to obtain 2mm to 2.5mm thickness.

Note: Coverage figures are theoretical and due to wastage factors and the nature of possible substrates, practical coverage will be reduced.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
